This is perfect for Shiv Charan Panjeta, Founder of ToXSL Technologies located in Mohali, Punjab, who is very much passionate about computers and coding which leads him to write small programs in C and C++ during his school days.
After his bachelors in Electronics Instrumentation and Control, he achieved a place in HCL Technologies in 2003 via campus placement and then never looked back. He developed radio applications for smartphones, parsing XML data and converting it to HTML, and using HTTP GET method to download images. He enthusiastically released multilingual builds for many European clients and implemented audio/video capture from microphone and camera. He developed the skills of embedded systems and worked on the application development of the Samsung’s first smartphone i.e. Samsung Galaxy, Implemented OpenMax IL for Audio/Video Encoders and Decoders, Optimization of Ericson Mobile platform (EMP) by removal OPA component, Integrated SISO Video telephony Stack on Android while working in Samsung, HCL and Packet Video.
When and how did you think about ToXSL?
In 2012, while working in Packet Video, he got an idea to spend time to do good for the youth and society and eradicate the problem of unemployment. But he is a technical person, so he decided to open a startup firm which nurtures the youth starting from the time they passed out from their college. He had a vision to educate and train people to do good for themselves as well as for the company. He was very successful but he want to achieve excellence. With a vision to achieve excellence and giving jobs to the youth, he left his happening and highly paying job and started ToXSL Technologies in 2012, which will provide web and mobile application development services.

Shiv Charan Panjeta is the Founder of ToXSL Technologies, has completed his bachelors in technology in Electronics Instrumentation and Control and achieved a campus placement in HCL Technologies. Then his golden period of career started when he switched his job to Samsung where he was the key member of the team who developed Samsung’s first galaxy smartphone and also developed multilingual builds for many European clients. They have the client repeat rate of 80% which is unique. They focus on building relations by delivering quality product on time. Employees cooperate with each other and show their commitment towards work.
Understanding the prerequisites of business, clients and people by making utilization of the assets accessible to fulfill the need of learning, knowledge and development is their USP. They primarily focused on innovation, as well as search for individuals and their expert development. Whats your Current status and Future Plans?
Till date ToXSL has diligently worked on more than 400 mobile applications for android, iOS platform and Hybrid apps, and developed more than 200 websites using technologies like PHP, jQuery, Bootstrap, Yii Framework, eCommerce, Shopping carts, Web JSON APIs, RESTful Web services, UI/UX, HTML, CSS. They also provides facilities of VPS Hosting, AWS, Servers, LAMP, LEMP, Firewall and Email.
ToXSL is at a very good position in running towards excellence. Starting from a head count of nowhere to 85+ employees serving more than 400 clients worldwide is a big achievement within a small period of four years. They have their own products which include jiCABS, jiORDER, jiCOUPON, jiTALENT, jiBoard, JiLiveChat, jiWebHosting, ProMIS.One, and many more which are running successfully and clients are in queue to purchase them.
After achieveing excellence in web and mobile development services they are all geared up to achieve something big in IoT (Internet of Things) application development for using custom Android open source project (AOSP) and open hardware platform such as Geekbox and Raspberry Pi and also ventures in social media, talent acquisition, online food ordering, discount coupons and many more.
